What I ate: Raw cashews, one handful. Leftover garden salad with grilled salmon (definitely not as satisfying on day two), no dressing. 4 blackberries. 1 piece of jerky (store-bought with no added sugar, soy or additives - though I’m guessing this was still a bit of a cheat food). Pulled chicken, 1 helping of zucchini and summer squash.
The cravings were pretty bad last night which I didn’t expect for only going on a couple of days, but I fought through them. And as a side note, I did smoke yesterday, but it was 2 “emergency” cigarettes, down from a pack a day.
All in all it was a good day.
